Demographic Overview
The population of Boyle County includes approximately 10,750 households; Danville, the county seat, has a population of 15,500. Just over 54% of those are between the ages of 18 and 55. The balance is evenly divided between children and adults over 55.

The median family income is just over $36,000 per year. The community enjoys friendly race relations, with nearly 88% Caucasian, and welcomes people of all colors, nationalities, and religions. Southern Baptist churches are predominant, but most major religions and sects are represented.
